After you place your order, it will be shipped between 1-8 working days. If you ordered during a sale / promo, please take in mind that this times can vary depending on the amount of orders.

Portugal: 2 - 3 business days

Europe: 4 -10 business days

Other countries: 5 - 10 business days (depending on your location)

Take in mind that we are not responsible for the work of the postal offices and service. We are also not responsible for lost packages or any delays. Once the package leaves our hands we have the same info as you have.

- Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for items on sale.
